You will be overwork, underpaid and underappreciated working at this place. The air quality is so awful you will be guaranteed many sleepless nights due to the harsh chemical environment in your respiratory system. Management is inexperienced and immature. Upper management don't care about the employees nor working conditions (air quality). The company can but won't spend money on improving the air quality. This company is owned by the Cutrale family which has a long negative record of employee abuse. Upper management manages the company as if they were in Brazil, just like an abusive third world country company.
