Pros

Working in this company has been an incredibly enriching experience. The environment is not only highly professional but also truly remarkable from a human and interpersonal perspective. There is a strong sense of mutual respect, collaboration, and genuine care that makes every day at work fulfilling and inspiring. What truly sets this company apart is its attention to the well-being of its employees. You really feel valued as a person, not just as a professional. This thoughtful and supportive approach creates a positive atmosphere where people are motivated to do their best and grow together. It’s a wonderful place to work, and I feel grateful to be part of it.

Cons

Like any dynamic and growing company, there are occasional challenges with internal processes or communication flow, but the team is always open to feedback and quick to improve.

Pros

Free food often. Shutdown during Christmas.

Cons

A typical day is largely reactive, with frequent troubleshooting and handling of ongoing issues due to a lack of proper planning and long-term solutions. While the role can provide some hands-on experience, much of the work feels repetitive and driven by recurring problems rather than meaningful improvement. Management is a major weakness. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are often unclear, and decisions tend to be reactive instead of strategic. This creates unnecessary stress and inefficiency across the team. The workplace culture can feel disorganized, with limited support and coordination during critical situations. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own without clear direction. The hardest part of the job is dealing with constant issues without the time, tools, or support needed to properly resolve root causes. The most enjoyable part is gaining experience from troubleshooting, but even that is often overshadowed by the overall environment. Overall, this is not an ideal workplace for long-term growth due to management and structural challenges.
