      Are there any pros for this guys??

      Cons

      First they talk you down and make you lower your salary. And then they assign you some tasks you are not good at and keep talking you down. And keep say you are not a good fit. At the end they make a lot of excuses NOT to pay. Please respect people's life. Respect artist. No people can read your mind.
