Freight Wizards has great teamwork within our various departments. Co-workers are friendly and bring a family vibe to the job. Training programs for various roles and a well structured on-boarding process. Management makes for a productive work environment. Pay scales vary on the different roles, but overall I have a great work-life balance.

Business to business brings a unique variety of people to deal with. Not necessarily the company’s doing, but issues on my end when dealing with others.

None that are worth mentioning.

Owner of the company would have arguments with employees at least once a week. Also, poor communication from the owner.
