One good aspect is that the employees comprises of many international members, but the top managers are still very Japanese (in terms of managerial structure and culture).
Cons
After joining the company, I often felt that my own will and career aspirations were not being fully respected. While I understand that decisions regarding assignments and responsibilities must align with organizational needs, I felt that individual career development was not sufficiently taken into consideration.
As a result, it became difficult to find a true sense of purpose in my work. I sensed a significant gap between the company’s philosophy of “having free will in life” and the reality of the workplace. Although I truly admire the philosophy itself, I believe there is room for improvement in how it is reflected in the actual culture and structure of the organization.
