Pros

Finding a team that cares about each other. The commission change was a plus but hard to hit goals. It was hard to leave the company but it was time to move on.

Cons

Once new commission went into place, the team became a battle ground. No one would help the other. They stole your sales. Management... Became micromanaging and no support. The hourly pay... New unlicensed hires made more than an agent with years of experience and multiple licenses.
