There is no room for advancement, managers can not assist you like they should because they’re overwhelmed with all the stress on their shoulders.I came across so many managers there that hate their job. They feel stuck there. Freeway doesn’t acknowledge your efforts and if they do they always suggest for you to do more even if you’re already going the extra mile. You have to deal with a lot of customer complaints because of their insurances they offer. You have to charge high broker fees in their down payment plus 50 dollar documentation fee and if it isn’t bad enough you’re basically forced to add in “Additional products” that the customer doesn’t want or need, without their knowledge. It’s awful because the broker doesn’t even get anywhere near half of the money charged to that client. The company stays with it. If you want to work here to get your career started in insurance, go for it but don’t get caught in their trap. Gain experience and move on somewhere else as soon as you get the basics of insurance down. You’ll thank me later.
