Not a good company to work for... - Technical Freevolt Technologies Employee Review

Pros

Free fruit and gym membership

Cons

No consideration for people despite the big talks about "one team and one family", terribly managed and no vision of what the company wants, except that they'll do anything they want to make money, even get rid of entire teams from one day to another. Also, very average packages and benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your employment at Drayson Technologies. I am sorry to hear that your experience working here has not been a positive one. Having been here for over 3 years, you’ll know there has been a lot of change as we have grown rapidly. This is especially true for the last 12 months as we have transitioned into becoming a leading digital healthcare company, and I appreciate this has been a challenging time. However, I firmly believe we have a clear vision and we have hired over 20 people in the last 5 months alone to help make this vision a reality. As for our company package and benefits, we will have to agree to disagree. I am committed to attracting the best talent possible to ensure Drayson Technologies continues to grow and we always strive to offer competitive packages and employee benefits, which include a 5% matched pension plan, share options, a ride to work scheme, BUPA healthcare and free gym access. Once again, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Please feel free to come and see me at any time to continue this conversation. Paul Drayson, CEO.
