Pros
Flexible working hours that allowed me to balance personal and professional life. Open communication and respectful attitude from the team. Projects were engaging and allowed for creative input. Fair and timely payments. Gained valuable experience in UX/UI design through real tasks.
Cons
No long-term stability or benefits like full-time roles. Communication could sometimes be slow due to time zone differences. Limited opportunities for professional development within the company. Onboarding process was a bit unclear at first. Fewer feedback sessions than I’d prefer.
