Pros
The other sales consultants are nice people. The office provides some daily snacks
Cons
For sales consultants, the company relies on inexperienced, young men and women looking to hustle and make money fresh out of high-school. The job sounds great on paper however, in reality, targets are extremely unlikely to be acheived unless you start early and finish late. Whilst working hours are 9-5pm. Management "recommends" you work unpaid overtime to hit those numbers so you can "work your way to the top". In my time there, people were working 8am - 6:30 / 7pm just to hit their month comms targets. And some days they achieved nothing.
This lead to an extremely high turn over of sales consultants in my time there, because eventually people catch on and realise it aint that great. On that note, there was also a number of managers leaving regularly.
If you're young, looking to hustle and make money, you're easily lured into this company by what they "promise will happen if and when you succeed". Trust me guys, there are many other pathways to earn the same if not more whilst avoiding corporate slavery. And don't be fooled by the "You will learn so much more about the inside secrets of property". It's nothing you can't pick up from reading a few books or watching videos and podcasts. Do you really think they are going to share these "secrets and powerful knoweldge" with entry level sales consultants on a weak base salary? Cmon guys....
