Pros

There seriously aren't any...the only thing I can talk about is how great 95% of the patients were. Pay was good, but read under the "cons"...the HUGE bonus, I was told, did not exist.

Cons

So many to list...1) Orientation off the floor was only 3 days, on the floor was 3 shifts, 2) We were constantly told how employees left because they weren't prepared to work with Behavioral Health patients...again, 95% of the patients were GREAT!, 3) NO electronic charting, which meant everything had to be charted multiple times because something was on one form that wasn't on another, and they constantly blamed not having electronic charting because 1 person quit...this should be a group / teamwork challenge, not one person...2009...didn't everything have to start getting put into electronic format? This company was formed late 2016 / early 2017. 4) Open promises from Administrators of how good the patient-to-staff ratio was...IT IS NOT! 5) Administrators do not listen to staff, like they say they do (was told in my interview and during Orientation of how Administrations supports ALL staff)!! 6) was told I'd get a $10,000 sign on bonus, then when I questioned about it, I was told "you made it up, it doesn't exist".

Pros

Great place to work. The world needs more of these places. They truly care for their patients. Treated very well as an employee. Would still be there if they hadn't closed.

Cons

I had no Cons I enjoyed this job.

Pros

It's a job that pays.

Cons

Everything other than the pay. Seriously, believe whatever you have heard about this company and the owner. You are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, everyday for your area, with no additional pay. You are expected to complete intake forms, even if you are not clinical and have never seen the patient. You will be required to make 15 contacts a day, every week, and questioned as to why you have not and expected to make up for it, they provide you the contacts, which are often non-viable.
