Pros

Search team is wonderful and we got to work with some great clients.

Cons

There is no room for growth unless you follow the path leadership sets for you. In addition, turnover is extremely high (almost 1 employee a month). The CEO also said some inappropriate words to several employees.

Pros

FPL is a great place to grow your career in HR, recruiting, sales or business. Management is highly invested in the success of their employees and offers employees the ability to work with exciting clients from Fortune 500 companies to unicorn start-ups. The company is small which lends itself to employees having lots of face time with senior partners and take on more responsibility than your typical recruiting firm. You will never feel like just a number at FPL. The employees are bright and driven and there is a lot of collaboration between individuals and teams. If an employee wants to improve skills or gain knowledge management has a lot of resources to offer (training, 360s, workshops, certifications, etc) and is open to suggestions. They recently started a program where high-level HR executives come into the office and provide a monthly lunch and learn. Management also offers a huge network for future job placement/ referral for their employees. Great work life balance. Ability to flex one's schedule or work from home if needed. Lots of yummy/healthy snacks in the break room and facilities is happy to order almost anything you could want.

Cons

As the business grows the office gets louder and the lunch room gets smaller. I love the open workspace and wouldn't want it to change but I do see this being an issue for future growth.
