Pros
It is an organization to be proud of. The value of the company and their customer service strategy has taught me a lot about working in retail. It's a nice laid back environment, yet you do put your blood sweat and tears into it. It's always nice to be busy, on your feet and at the same time learning something new every day. The people are the best thing about Fred Meyer, co-workers, customers... it's all worth it.
Cons
The only thing that may be a bit of frustration is when there are not enough people working so everyone has to work twice as hard.
