Pros
Union which is nice gives you lots of extra protection and benefits. You also get a discount on certain kroger items in the store which is really helpful. However be careful because only you can use that discount they will fire right away if someone besides you uses that discount.
Cons
Do not give you the full training that is needed. Also it depends on the store and location. Has a customer is always right, and that means always right they can never be wrong.
