      There was micromanaging going on in some departments but they really pushed them to their greatest

      Pros

      The team is genuinely great and overall, collaborative. Good exposure to various industries and clients.

      Cons

      Little to no room for growth. Leadership makes drastic decisions like layoffs but then continues to hire. There is a big disconnect with UK headquarters and US operations.
