Hard work - it's recruitment after all. And also I wasn't really cut out for it. I'd come from a business where i'd been trained from a graduate and it was a culture shock how FJ did things with such precision and perfectionism. They tried to help me so many times and put so much into fixing my problems and supporting me. That's also rare, usually if you run into problems in recruitment you just get the sack.
