Pros
They do work with some big, top dollar companies in Baton Rouge.
Cons
First, I left a job of 8 years to go to work for Frazee and as a contract employee for Lamar Advertising. Myself and my wife were sold, by the recruiter, that I would be hired permanently by Lamar after 4- months as long as I worked hard. After I started working, another contract employee with Frazee sat behind me. She had already been working as contract for over a year. So, I knew I was not getting hired anytime soon permanently. Second, things became heated almost to the year of my employment date. One of my co workers apparently had an issue with me, but never spoke to me about it and Lamar management never spoke to me about it as well. Instead, I went to work one day, got home and was fired by Lamar Management through the Frazee recruiter for assault and battery on another employee. The actual words used for termination were that I "hit " another employee while on the job that day. But, Lamar never called the authorities, I worked a full day and went home, Lamar management never spoke to me about the incident, it was simply an accusation, but never investigated. 4 days later, the Frazee recruiter tells me that Frazee is firing me as well based off of the accusations from Lamar. Again, no authorities were called, no investigation was done, I was not asked my side of the story, no witnesses were brought forward, just more accusations with zero proof.
