Wonderful coworkers that feel more like family than friends. The owners and upper management are compassionate and empathetic. There is a daily positive work environment and a strong culture of teamwork. There is a strong sense of accomplishment when we are able to resolve an issue as a team. We get to interact with multiple people across the country.

Sometimes employees take advantage of the good nature of the owners and the director of the office. When there are frustrations, sometimes it is not communicated effectively to the supervisors or management until after an outburst has occurred. Past employees have used their coworkers' helpfulness to their advantage and not reciprocated when the employees in turn needed assistance.

Amazing co-workers. Always helpful, friendly, they're there when you need them. They're the reason I'm still there.

The call system doesnt work properly half the time. We were told how amazing this new system would be and 8 months later it doesn't do half the things we're told. You hear a constant annoying ringing sound when calls are holding back to back that will drive you nuts. We are never staffed properly for the call volume that we take on. For the amount of work we do, stress we take on, and only getting either 3-10 min, 2-15 mins, or 1-30 (unpaid) breaks its not worth the pay at this point.
