You can learn to multitasks. Great teamwork.
Cons
Very bad leadership. The IT director is unreasonable and rude. She is from the Singapore office. Since she joined the IT dept, she's been treating her staff like school children. A lot of people left. Her deputy is no better either. A micro-manager with huge trust issues. These senior management duo need to attend leadership training / learn soft skills. Even people who worked for 20 years or so decided to leave. The team had great people with good IT skills. They only need supportive managers. These people had left too.
