Account Manager - Anonymous employee Franksmile Employee Review

I just finished my internship at Franksmile and for me the experience provided a wealth of learning and room for growth. Given the young age of the company, the environment isn't for everyone as there is an element of organic chaos and lack of structure that is natural amongst start ups. However, if you like the idea of no two days being the same, this place is for you. If you're ambitious and not afraid to take responsibility, you will quickly fit in. Looking back, I loved getting my hands dirty with cross departmental projects and seeing the direct impact of my work on the company, and I never felt like just an Intern. I was also extremely fortunate to have a great team leader who facilitated me in working on my own personal and professional development. All in all, great experience!

It's a start up so things aren't perfect. Processes are constantly being refined and sometimes things break which can be stressful when you've got time constraints and targets to work towards. That said, if you have the right attitude these obstacles are definitely surmountable.

It´s a fast-pace environment where you are involved in all kinds of projects, so the learning curve is very steep. Franksmile also gives opportunities for personal development courses. Even as an intern you get a lot of responsibility from the beginning. Great colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge and to help you advance in your professional career while pursuing a common goal.
