Remote work, somewhat flexible schedule

No room for growth in the company or field, and the market for paper planners is shrinking fast. When I worked there, there were no plans to go digital.

The environment is friendly. The campus is well landscaped. Offices clean and well maintained. Cafeteria is great. About average on pay and benefits.

Small organization so there's not a lot of opportunity for advancement. As much of the work as possible is done in the Philippines to keep costs low.
