      Love my job giving solutions to customer's billing problems, Love my supervisor, as wells as the working environment.

      Cons

      Nothing, except that it's an office setting and I thought it might be better if i could work from home and manage my own time.

      Remote work, somewhat flexible schedule

      Cons

      No room for growth in the company or field, and the market for paper planners is shrinking fast. When I worked there, there were no plans to go digital.
