Pros
-Learn many parts of running a business while you're running around doing the work of 5 people
Cons
-The business is VERY poorly managed and the owners like to be the smartest people in the room. They are not open to hiring or paying the people they need to manage the business well. -You will be expected to work overtime and do the work of multiple people without getting paid extra. Everyone is salaried and "wage theft" is running rampant here. -The owners try to come across as nice, but they are just doing the bare minimum to appear this way and don't care about the health or well-being of their employees. Or at least they care about their money to a point where they overlook caring for the people who help them get it. -The company has a history of burning out employees and business partners.
