Cliquey atmosphere, hated it. - Support Worker Framework Housing Association Employee Review

Could have done with more support from colleagues. A very very cliquey workplace at The Cornerhouse in Lincoln. Would not recommend. I was surprised at how much it reminded me of being back at school! Immature younger staff members who make older staff feel unwelcome and undervalued. Only apply if you’re under the age of 25.
