Pros
Good training, especially for those who start off with no immigration knowledge. Attorneys are very open to you asking questions and giving you learning opportunities. Opportunities to give back (through volunteering, pro bono, DEI)
Cons
Leadership could do much better at prioritizing people's well being. There seems to be this expectation that everyone should give all they've got to get a lot done, but not giving enough time and resources to do it. Also just the amount of burnout makes it not worth staying here long term.
