Cons
1- Intake job disguised as "Immigration Analyst". Nothing hard about it and you'll learn the job in no time (with or without an Immigration experience) since it's basically documents gathering, emailing applicants, and entering data. And actually, within the office, you'll be called Intake, so.... 2- You are looking for growth, the first thing to look for is the Exit. This place will never provide the opportunity to grow in your career. 3- Management is so inexperienced. You'll have your weekly meetings for sure, during which your manager will only report what other managers has discussed and you the "slave" have to execute. Is the meeting an opportunity to share your aspirations, objectives, plans, and struggles for the work week? not a chance. Because no one is listening. The result will be burnout and toxicity. and that's how your days will be. 4- Compensation is a joke. Most employees end up doing overtime to get extra dollars to make ends meet.
