Pros
They provide overtime, depending on how you are salaried. They have firm events which provide some relief.
Cons
Fast paced overworked environment. They definitely enjoy keeping minimal employees and overworking them to cut costs. Maybe not every team but often times lots of people do not work regular hours past your first few months here especially if you have no experience prior to joining. Definitely no concern for work life balance.
