Pros
Good health benefits, work-life balance, PTO package for new permanent employees is very generous. Starting salary is fair but will not go up much from there...
Cons
You must work several months to earn a permanent position, little room for promotion as the management positions are taken by long-time employees of 20+ years. The company is large and corporate so it is very difficult to make any changes or suggestions to current processes and plans. The work for paralegals is extremely repetitive and specialized so that you will not appeal to other immigration firms.
