Pros
Colleagues are extremely welcoming and nice. Everyone working outside administration seems to enjoy their jobs. Free food.
Cons
Management set unrealistic expectations that only robots can accomplish. Those who working legal administration are the first ones in the office and the last ones to leave. The email and database systems are extremely outdated and inefficient. The work becomes monotonous very quickly. Most people in the office are young because the firm rotates through many employees. It seems that people are either underpaid or not incentivized to stay longterm with the firm.
