Pros
Few good people who want to see you do well but they can't do much till the time the upper management changes. Ad agencies in general have a bad name so don't expect much from this place. I used it as an in between till I got a better job.
Cons
I never believed the Glassdoor reviews till I went here. Boy were they wrong. It's even worse than the reviews. It's like when you go to a restaurant even after reading that bad reviews to give it a chance but come out of there with an even more horrible experience. That's Foxymoron for you. Bias, politics, stingy attitude, name shaming, work shaming and the list goes on. Your work will never be appreciated till you're good pals with the manager and belong in their group of backbiting "Morons". Trust me and stay here only if you don't have an option and keep looking out and move out the moment you get a better job. I did the same and I don't regret leaving this place at all.
