Pros

Global exposure → Work across multiple countries and suppliers Strong analytical skills → Cost control, forecasting, problem-solving Large-scale operations → Learn how global manufacturing actually runs Strong network → Internal teams + major global clients Strong resume value → Recognized, high-pressure environment Skill development → Systems, processes, cross-functional work Stable job → Solid industry, consistent demand

Cons

They put Americans employees in the pedestal, but they treat others racial employees as slaves. Face culture (面子) Avoiding blame is a thing, People may not admit mistakes openly, Politics can exist under the surface. Hierarchical culture, Strong top-down decision making, Seniors > juniors, always, Challenging ideas can be sensitive. Long hours = normal, not exception, Staying late is low-key expected, “Leaving on time” can feel like you’re not committed, Work-life balance is… yeah, not great.
