Pros
Fox Factory brings a small portion of good working people who you learn to work with and become close to even sharing stories and celebrating each others birthday or other events with each other outside of the work environment.
Cons
Do not expect to be at the same position for more than a week and do not believe you will have a set schedule, I myself have been moved around ridiculously from packing, clean room, power sports, even did shipping for one night, and I was set on the most heaviest positions breaking down the biggest failed shocks on a certain amount of time and these orders can range from 100-1000+ set oh and let’s not mention how they have they’re favorites, don’t even try to step up and do the right thing you will get fired for it, go ahead and threat someone else and start a rumor about them, the moment you try to stick up for yourself or someone else you will get in trouble and fired for it, Big Joe the man who just got promoted to regional manager was gambling the company’s money and everyone knew about it. So how can a man who gambled the company’s money not once but twice get promoted. You went ahead and fired most of power sports over the smallest idiotic thing only to realize you need that entire department running the next day. Get rid of the weekend shift but have the 1st and 2nd shifts work on the weekends Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Not only does this company pull off some of the most sketchiest things I’ve witnessed you went ahead and spent money on “security” which was only a old man with a vest that said “security” and not even a proper top of the line security vest just a regular working vest that construction workers use. Even if you get caught sleeping on your break let me repeat that YOUR BREAK which means off the clock you will get in trouble for. Fox Factory is everything but a good honest company to work for.
