HR is going to bring your talent to a halt. Product Engineering is absolutely amazing and on their own island. - Office Manager Fox Factory Employee Review

Pros

*Most* people there are brilliant, incredibly talented, and forward thinking. Fun career working with top notch engineers. Engineering really does a lot to keep the culture and cannot say enough about that team, unfortunately, not everyone agrees and it puts people in a weird spot. Product Engineering drives their own culture so if you are in that industry, I strongly suggest to work with their team.

Cons

PVG HR is the most toxic part of this company. Their "investigations" are a joke, less effective that if Blue's Clues were on it, and they lie and use unethical methods. You can't trust what they say or do, and they use contracts with wording that gives them loopholes to get them out of things they promised employees. People who aren't worthy are getting promotions while your workhorses are just being used and scapegoated when things go wrong. PVG HR does everything they can to sweep things under the rug to hide their wrong doings.

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
