Pros
- Fox Entertainment maintains a solid internship program that consistently brings in dedicated, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn interns who go on to contribute to this company and many others in the industry. - My supervisors were great managers who understood work-life balance and knew how to bring the best out of employees.
Cons
- Can get really bureaucratic the higher you go. Good managers can do a good job at insulating you from the chaos but sometimes the crap rolls down hill - impacting output. - You can get a more competitive salary at competing networks. - Experience is truly based on who your manager is. There isn’t a cohesive culture that really shapes experiences. Too much hit-or-miss. - Not much interpersonal-professional development that illustrates how to be good middle & upper management.
