Pros
A great company to be part of with colleagues that encourage creativity and passion. Great connections and relationships made even while working remotely which is rare to find. Can be good opportunity for progression if you want it and full in-house training which gives young photographers a fantastic start to their photography career. Have the chance to work at some of the most beautiful properties.
Cons
The technical side of the job can be overbearing, particularly EPC's. Work/life balance can be tricky during peak season, although understand it is a seasonal job. Lots of driving, lack of breaks and long days can quickly take its toll.
