Pros
You learn about many different things in the entertainment industry that you just cannot learn in a class or on the internet e.g. phone etiquette, what a 'tracking grid' is and how it is used to track projects in development, how managers pitch their clients to companies, how deals in the entertainment industry are made. Rachel is wonderful, super understanding if you have to miss out on work, and will be happy to answer your questions!
Cons
Given that the program is a little unstructured, you have to take initiative to speak/network with the managers, and if you are new to a professional environment, it can be a little intimidating to approach them, because they always seem very busy. You don't get paid, but you get 25 USD lunch reimbursements!
