Pros

Employee travel benefits. This location does nothing for their employees compared to other locations.

Cons

HR and senior leadership appeared disconnected from frontline realities and consistently prioritized VIP guests over employee welfare. Directors seemed more focused on cultivating social access through lunches and informal meetings with VIPs than on accountability to ownership or protecting their staff. Employees were left unsupported when issues arose, creating a culture where loyalty flowed upward but protection did not flow downward. The overall mentality felt transactional and dismissive, with employees treated as expendable rather than valued professionals, undermining trust, morale, and integrity within the organization.

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.

Cons

Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
