Expect lots of micromanagement in slow months. Average of 1.5 days off a week, with lots of 830am-9pm shifts.

Wonderful coworkers! The people here work hard and are loyal and care about doing good work. It’s been quiet lately and used to be a very stress free environment. End of year party is generous and very nice. More than just a pizza party! Hours are also very good and the starting pay is better than some places for the work expected.

Poor management. Lack of accountability for anyone in upper management and lower level employees consistently left to take the brunt of trouble meant for management and their decision making. No pay raises and they’ll act like it’s an honor and privilege to work here, while the ceilings rot and leak and rats chew up cars. AC breaks constantly; sweat it out. Very little forethought for the business going forward. Many say they’ll be surprised if this place isn’t closed within a few years. Every solution is a bandaid for larger problems.
