Then, like a curveball out of left field, COVID-19 struck, leaving an indelible mark on the restaurant world, including us. The aftermath of the pandemic tested our resilience and adaptability, and while we've made a significant comeback, the inherent challenges of restaurant work remain. Long, demanding hours are part of the gig, stretching the limits of endurance and commitment. Coupled with the occasional unreasonable customer, the job can feel like a Herculean task at times. Additionally, as in any close-knit team, drama between coworkers can arise, adding an extra layer of complexity to the day-to-day. However, it's crucial to highlight our approach to these challenges.
