Pros
Definitively the team and the great spirit they convey. That is actually the company's biggest asset and the reason for the second star. I rarely worked with such inspiring and motivated people in my entire career.
Cons
It is so sad to see what the management does to the talent: a turnover of 100% in some departments says it all. A misogynistic malign narcissist as CEO drives not only staff but also partners away.
