Founders Fund occupies wonderfully lavish offices in the Presidio with an amazing view of the bay. These cushy offices and frequent offsites are great perks. They also have good deal flow and a flexible mandate.

The Founders Fund partnership and broader team is political and cliquey. Work is treated as a zero sum game. The quality of personnel should be higher.
