Pros
I've learned to appreciate working in smaller companies where they actually value their employees. The salary doesn't make much difference anyway and providing employees with company benefits and healthcare are mandatory so you get all of that too.
Cons
Apparently, leadership in this company meant micromanaging employees to the point of suffocation! You are every move, every turn, every decision will be shown the "proper" way of doing things. The way they criticized your work isn't constructive but more insulting like almost telling you how useless and stupid you are! And that's only one part the challenges we had to face on a daily basis! The workload, hostile managers, mean attitude, all the struggles we face is so frustrating and really stressful! The outdated practices hold employees back from flourishing in the company and get stuck in the same place unless they leave!
