During my time there, I experienced a highly controlling management style where alternative opinions, sales approaches, or suggestions were often dismissed immediately. The expectation seemed to be strict adherence to a single way of working, regardless of results or individual experience. I also witnessed public criticism and shouting in the office that I found deeply unprofessional. Feedback was frequently delivered in a way that felt demoralizing rather than developmental. The atmosphere often felt tense, with many employees appearing concerned about job security. Turnover within the sales team seemed unusually high, especially considering the six-month probation period. Work-life balance was another major concern. There was significant pressure to accommodate calls across multiple time zones, and concerns about this were often dismissed as simply being part of "startup culture." Based on my experience, the leadership style and company culture made this one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career.
