Cons
Corporate constantly changes everything and now has made salesman unable to pay their bills after they constantly add pack that no one but foundation sees. They don’t care about anyone or facts all they care about is lining their pockets. Several employees have quit since they keep taking and taking and they don’t seem to care. Since they bought us out they haven’t held to one single promise and all of their changes only benefit the owners. Sales and management are great but once you go up to the next level from platform manager to ownership, they don’t give a crap for you or your family. They have constantly cut pay for the sales and they have constantly changed everything. They are bringing in their own people and slowly removing from the top down. Forget your family, forget your well being, and forget your paycheck. They don’t care nor will they ever. Foundation is a shell of a company built on greed and empty promises through and through from the top.
