Pros

They send little gifts now and then.

Cons

Good at tooting their own horn but no different than most other companies. They promise a lot but nothing materializes. Low paying. Very demanding nit pickers. Don't trust people to do their work.

Pros

Salary Benefits Bonus policy Owners seem to value employees Owner is accessible Management and marketer are highly engaged in conferences and networking Huge social media presence Owner has a well known presence in the industry

Cons

Disorganized - more so than one would expect at almost 1 yr in business Very limited training Do not have enough work in most areas for CM to meet full time hours Still trying to develop simple things like MD letters, initial interview sheet, etc. Huge push to hire, but this is not because the work is there, it is to try to land contracts Lots of empty promises Owners values are great but they don’t trickle down Often feel like the FCMs know the process more than the manager
