Thanks for taking the time to review ForwardAI. I followed up with our leadership team to discuss some of the issues you raised in your review in accordance with our corporate responsibility goals. As a young company with a small but rapidly growing staff, we take all feedback from past and present team members seriously.
As a small team, we were confused during our discussion as no Software Developers have left ForwardAI yet. As well, we specifically offer flexible work options, including remote work, to reduce the impact of micromanaging and give our team their independence. Micromanaging is simply not a top priority for our managers. That being said, we do expect everyone to stay accountable to their team. This includes being available for meetings and video calls throughout the workday, which we make clear in our interview process.
If an employee does not attend meetings or accept video calls and does not complete their assigned work, we always follow a standard warning process and do our best to support them and give them a chance to improve.
Finally, ForwardAI is a US company whose team members are geographically distributed in North America and India. The company, Hashchain, that you have reviewed has provided us with some support services, but overall, ForwardAI is a different company with different management. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them, and we will review our relationship with that company and their procedures moving forward.
