      Pros

      Peers are really great at what they do, can be trusted to do good work. Management is supportive and acknowledges good work, and compensates accordingly. Few levels of management so bureaucracy is kept at a minimum. 9/80 or RDO (every other Friday off) schedules. flexible remote work, all great.

      Cons

      Honestly cant think of anything worth noting.

      With the Accelint vision still coming into focus, things are changing and evolving quickly from a product development perspective. It can be hard to keep up with, but the dust is slowly settling.
