Great Company to work for! - IT Support Technician Forward Slash Technology Employee Review

Pros

They care about their employees. Working conditions are good. Seriously no complaints. One of the few IT companies I have worked that actually really cares about the client and their employees health, family etc. I wish I could have started working there sooner. This is not one of those big companies where you will fall under the radar and no one will acknowledge your accomplishments.

Cons

The only con is that there are none.

Pros

FST is not a large company, which is great because management treats everyone like family. Everyone works very hard, but we like to have fun as well. Everyone has varying levels of expertise, so there is a lot of room to learn from each other. Our clients are awesome and it's enjoyable to see how happy they are when working with FST.

Cons

Pros

They provide free food, a small company, and decent pay. The company has great potential if the owner would step aside and let the loyal employees work the business. Some of the employees are very dedicated and truly care about you.

Cons

To start, I would like to say that all of the other reviews are from people who still work there. This was the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. There is a major lack in training, policies and procedures, and professionalism. The owner of the company is the worst part of the job. He talks to his employees, completely disrespectfully, half the time he doesn’t know what’s going on, And he’s always trying to make changes that make the job much harder, not smarter. The culture feels like a start-up even though they have been in business for over 10 years. A few employees have horrible attitudes.
