Pros

They do provide needed services that they are contracted by the state of WI to provide.

Cons

The workload is overwhelming and won't hire on other staff. We don't always get breaks and often times hourly employees come in early and work late WITHOUT OT!! (needs to be reported) Management seems to be oblivious to anything that isn't their job!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us some feedback. Forward Service Corporation neither expects nor condones employees coming in early or working late without being compensated. Our time reporting system should reflect all hours worked. Employees are instructed to report all hours worked in ADP and receive pre-approval for working overtime as we have to manage our grant money carefully. If the workload has become overwhelming, please speak with your supervisor about this. Our staff are our service and while we work in a busy industry, we want everyone to have a manageable workload and expectations. As for Emergency Assistance, this has always been part of the W-2 contract and staff were expected to handle all applications while also serving W-2 customers. We created the Emergency Assistance Call Center to lighten staff workload by centralizing the application process. Reviews have been quite positive to date from both customers and staff who now have more time to dedicate to customers.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
