CONSTANT MICROMANAGING
Immediate “no work from home” yet some of the office staff still works from home (ps, how are we benefitting our participants and our already overwhelming caseloads by having to cancel and reschedule meetings because we have to take PTO or LWOP instead of WFH?) If WFH was allowed before and there are certain circumstances that would be more beneficial to WFH instead of be absent, why not let CMs call participants for appointments FROM HOME? No one shows up for appts anyway.
Management communication is so bad. They act like they want to help you but even when you put what you need in their face it seems like you haven’t said a word then they get mad when your duties aren’t done.
We as CMs are EXTREMELY overworked and busting our (another word for donkey) day in and day out but unfortunately can’t even take a day off if we need it because our performance will plummet if we aren’t on our hands and knees tending to it tirelessly.
Keep in mind we can see DCF and DHS goals for our performance. Why the heck do our TLs and PCs require nearly DOUBLE that for our performance goals, then wonder why turnover is so high? Make it make sense. All I know is there is more than half of our team planning to leave and I hope someone figures out how to fix the management issues before there is no one to service participants except for those very managers.
